Terms and Conditions.

DJ ACE  ask's that there is adequate set up time a minimum of 60 minutes before the events starts. and 60 minutes after the event has finished to take down the equipment to leave the venue safe.

If the time is not given this may delay the starting time of the event.

When the price has been accepted by the client a deposit fee must be paid within 24 hours via PayPal to confirm the date of the event. Once the deposit been sent please contact me to let me know the deposit been sent via PayPal so I can send confirmation that I have received it. All deposit price's may vary depending on the event in question.

The deposit fee will be include in the email that will be sent to you via email.

All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All outstanding balances are to be paid upto a month before the event via PayPal. If full payment is not made by 7 days before the event DJ ACE reserve the right to cancel.

DJ ACE will be holding the date exclusively for the client. The potential loss of work in the event of a cancellation is a real thing. So if cancelled within 7 days before the event DJ ACE will not refund any payment made.

Cancellation must be made by email.

All clients must contact the venues to ensure there is safe and adequate electrical power source available for the DJ. 

If the event start time is delayed due to the inability of DJ ACE to gain access to the venue or room. Any other delay's beyond DJ ACE's control. The client will not be refunded. 

DJ ACE cannot accept any responsibility for any electrical fault's or any power cuts in the venue.

If you book a smoke/bubble machine through me you would need to get permission from the venue. DJ ACE is not held responsible for any alarms being set off in the venue from the use of the smoke machine that requires the fire service call out. DJ ACE is not responsible any guests that may slip over from the use of the bubble machine.   

If the venue has a sound limiter DJ ACE cannot control when and if the power cuts due to the excessive noise from the music or guests.

Any potential must be pointed out by the client or the venue staff at the time of set-up.    

The client is responsible for all of the guests and their actions as the details below states.

The client will provide adequate supervision of all their guests including children and will be liable for any theft, or any damage's to DJ ACE's equipment caused by guests attending the event. And in the event of any equipment damage's the client will be held accountable to cover any cost of any of the damaged equipment caused by any guests.

NO violence, aggressive or abusive behaviour from any guest will be tolerated by DJ ACE. In the event of any of them actions taking place towards DJ ACE then I have the right to terminate the booking at any time my safety comes into question.

It is the client's responsibility to inform DJ ACE  of any guests have any medical condition that may be effected by the use of flashing lights, strobe lights, laser or uv lights prior to their event. 

DJ ACE cannot be held responsible for not having any specific song unless this has been requested before the event and confirmed. DJ ACE cannot guarantee all songs that have been requested may be played at the event.

In the event of any equipment malfunctions what is very rarely.  DJ ACE will  need so time to reset any of the equipment as soon as possible. To get it all back up and running to carry on doing at the event. If  DJ ACE cannot get all the equipment back up and running the full payment will be paid back to the client. 

DJ ACE will leave with plenty of time to get to the venue. 

DJ ACE will not be held responsible for any acts of mother nature e.i snow or floods and or any roads closures due to road works or any car crashes that might delay getting to the venue or at the venue.

DJ ACE may take pictures and videos during each event for use on the website and social media sites for promotional materials.

Any breaches of the terms and conditions could be dealt with legally. By accepting the booking price you have agreed to all the above terms and conditions. And accepted this as a legally binding contract.
